Immediately notify the authorities (fire fight, hospital, police ...) for assistance
With your ability, take appropriate measures to minimize losses and prevent further losses
Immediately notify to United Insurance Company (UIC) as soon as a problem is detected via hotline
Prepare necessary documents and fill out the claim form
Submit all documents and wait for compensation approval results
If the approval is completed, the Insured will receive the compensation amount from United Insurance Company (UIC)
-Notice of loss (UIC form)
-Formal complaint letter (UIC form)
-Technical assessment report
-Inspection record determines the extent of damage
-Conclusion of investigation of the cause of the incident (Police, Authorities, Experts…)
-Initial documents related to damaged assets (sale contract, technical drawings)
-Quotation/Contract/Documents/Invoices for payment of repair/replacement/engraving costs

*For claim payment timeline: 15 days from the date of receipt of complete and valid original documents for claim and insurance payment
