UIC- Sompo Townhall Meeting

In July, we had a great opportunity to welcome three inspiration panelists, who had come from Sompo Holdings Asia, Mr. Daniel, Mr. Sasanuma, Mr Kurumisawa to join the UIC – Sompo Town Hall Meeting where UIC’s employees had chance to listen to the ongoing achievements, the strategy and the aspiration of Sompo until 2025.

Mr Daniel – CEO of Sompo Holding Asia highlighted that the overseas business, which contributed to 24% of total Sompo Group profit in 2021, plays an important role in the success of the Group. Therefore, with an expectation of 30% growth rate of Sompo’s overseas business profit in 2023, we are totally confident to achieve the target together.

Mr Daniel also shared that if we want to achieve all the company aspirational goals, we need to try our best together. Creating a professional working environment, having high-qualified employees and effective management, the company will develop sustainably and expand our business more in the future.
